Sanford L. Sheklow, PT
Sanford “Sandy” Sheklow is the owner and Director of Services at DSC Physical Therapy, Inc. and has been with the company since 1986. He received his degree in Physical Therapy from the Wingate Institute in 1980 while living in Israel.
Sandy has developed an extensive background in Physical Therapy and rehabilitation techniques and attends continuing education courses on a regular basis. In addition to treating orthopedic, neurological and sports related injuries, he has developed specialties in the treatment of TMJ, Vertigo, and Pediatric Care. Sandy has been a member of the APTA; has served as Public Relations and General Meeting Chair for CPPSIG (a California Private Practice organization), and has been a board member of iPT CA (Independent Physical Therapists of California). He has co-authored numerous manuscripts and articles on various aspects of patient care and physical therapy treatments and has consulted as an “expert witness” for legal cases involving physical therapists.
Sandy is always available to answer any questions regarding any aspect of clinic operations and patient care.
Geron Dale Gabriel, PTA, CPT
Geron Dale began his career at DSC as an Aide in early 2007 where he discovered a passion for the health sciences and Physical Therapy. When the time was right G (as we all call him) decided to take the big step and go back to school. Graduating from Concord Career College in 2016 as a PT Assistant he rejoined the DSC family an is now carrying his own patient load. His long term plans are to continue his education in the physical therapy field and to continue his growth in the industry. Geron Dale believes that education is the key to success in all fields and in life.
His athletic interests include bowling, golf, and recent and avid love of hiking. In his leisure time, he enjoys relaxing at the beach and traveling. Geron Dale considers himself to be a food enthusiast in addition to being a shoe fanatic.

Jay Siritaranukul, PTA
Jay is another home-grown product of the DSC Family. He attended UC Riverside and earned his BS in Biochemistry in 2007. He joined DSC in early 2009 as a physical therapy aide. He started attending Cerritos College in the fall of 2012 and earned a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the spring of 2014.
In the summer of 2014 Jay’s work status at DSC proudly transitioned to that of a PT Assistant. Jay has since remained a valuable part of the DSC Physical Therapy team. He currently continues to grow by exploring many facets of the industry and patient care while expanding his horizons through continuing education.
In his spare time Jay trains in Muay Thai Kickboxing and other various martial arts. He also enjoys seeking and trying new foods.
Megan Catherine Reiner, DPT, CPT
In 2015, Megan graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson in Teaneck, New Jersey with a B.S. in Health Science with a D1 softball scholarship. She then went on to achieve her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2020 from Baylor University in Texas. Megan became interested in physical therapy while playing sports and observing multiple injuries on the softball field. She enjoys treating patients of all levels including sports injuries, post-operative, neurological and various other orthopedic conditions. Megan believes in developing individualized treatment plans to reduce pain, maximize functional potential and reach personal goals
