Sanford L. Sheklow, PT
Sanford "Sandy" Sheklow is the owner and Director of Services at DSC Physical Therapy, Inc. and has been with the company since 1986. He received his degree in Physical Therapy from the Wingate Institute in 1980 while living in Israel.
Sandy has developed an extensive background in Physical Therapy and rehabilitation techniques and attends additional continuing education courses on a regular basis. In addition to treating orthopedic and sports related injuries, he has developed specialties in the treatment of TMJ, Vertigo, and Pediatric Care. Sandy is a member of the APTA, and currently serves as Public Relations and General Meeting Chair for CPPSIG (a California Private Practice organization). He has co-authored numerous manuscripts and articles on various aspects of patient care and has consulted as an "expert witness" for legal cases involving physical therapists.
Sandy is always available to answer any questions regarding any aspect of clinic operations and patient care.
Sue J. Lin, DPT, OCS
Sue J. Lin, known affectionately as "Wackysue", has been a full-time member of the DSC staff since 2004. She earned her B.S. in Physiological Science at UCLA and received her Master's and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Western University of Allied Health, and she completed her certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2009. Sue is an active member of CPPSIG, CAPTA and APTA. In addition to her active professional career, Sue enjoys playing Roller Hockey, Volleyball, Tennis, Golf, traveling and eating.
Robert has been a part of the DSC family since 2007, and a Physical Therapist since 1996. Born and raised in Southern California, and a father of 2, he has strong ties to the community and has been active in team sports and athletics, as a player and a coach, for most of his life. Over his career he has helped develop specialized programs for back treatments and is always looking to enrich himself by attending continuing education seminars and studying professional publications and books. His professionalism, positive attitude, and caring demeanor have made him an invaluable part of the DSC staff.
